practicing with imovie and garageband

This is a practice. I am trying to figure out how to send a movie-like email to teachers or others that don't have an apple.

Screen Cast with video Intro

I have been playing with my new MacBook Pro learning all the Mac-way to do things. I made a cool introduction on iMovie to the screencast below, but I can't put the two together! :( I have an appointment tomorrow, but maybe someone out there knows how to do this?!
